Mr Manu Mohandas

Mr Manu Mohandas is the Director on the Board of Ampere Artisans since July 2024. He holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Electronics from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India, Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Hull, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India.

He has rich and varied experience of more than 20 years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Commercial Sectors. Mr Manu provides strategic direction and leadership, sets objectives and policies to guide project delivery and business growth, oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects, ensure they meet company standards, client expectations, and contractual obligations, lead and develop a team fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture, ensure the effective management of contracts across all projects, including negotiation, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution, oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability and financial health, maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and align objectives at Ampere Artisans. Under the guidance and leadership of Mr Manu, Ampere Artisans have successfully completed multiple projects in India. Prior to joining Ampere Artisans, Mr Manu was Project Manager in NBTC Group, Kuwait where he was responsible for all functions of Electrical & Instrumentation Division including appraisal of the projects operated by the Company. Mr Manu was also associated with other major contracting companies in Middle East including Sendan International, Alghanim International, NSH Corporation and Galfar Engineering & Contracting SOAG where he has handled multiple large-scale projects.
